Our pH-balanced vegetable soup is not only particularly light at just 73 kcal, but also beneficial due to the high proportion of pH-balancing ingredients. A light, warm soup in the morning strengthens the digestive power, provides energy for the day and makes you feel full without feeling bloated.
Our carrot soup gives you energy for the rest of the morning at 11 o'clock. The sweetish note of carrot and coconut milk counteracts the slight pungency of the ginger. Carrots have a high carotene content and ginger is rich in vitamin C and also contains magnesium, iron, calcium, potassium, sodium and phosphorus. The ginger is said to have an antibacterial effect, so it can contribute to a healthy intestinal flora.
Sweet potatoes are rich in nutrients. As a pH-balancing food, it is ideal for our soup cleanse. Already 100 grams of sweet potatoes cover a third of the daily requirement of vitamin E. And since sweet potatoes contain more fiber than conventional potatoes, they fill you up longer.
Beetroot contains important vitamin B, potassium, iron and folic acid. By the way, betanin, a natural dye, is responsible for the intense red coloring of the beetroot. The horseradish in our beetroot soup is the European counterpart to Japanese wasabi, with many valuable mustard oils and flavonoids. The combination of juicy beetroot, freshly grated horseradish and cardamom makes this soup a taste explosion.
