By cooking the beef bones or chicken carcasses for over 20 hours, valuable nutrients such as collagen, amino acids, glycosaminoglycans such as hyaluronic acid and minerals are released and bound in the broth. Bone broth as daily drink

To be able to benefit from the nutritional strength of bone broth, we recommend daily consumption.


We recommend starting with 175 ml of bone broth per day (half a 350ml glass) at least 3 times a week. The optimal amount is thus 6 jars per month. If the broth is good for you, you can increase the dose at any time, depending on your personal goals.

Bone broth is low in calories, yet it has a quite filling effect. This makes it ideal as a snack instead of often sugar-rich snacks (sweets, fruit juices, etc.). If you drink the bone broth right before a meal, it also curbs your appetite and can thus support a diet. If you would like to strengthen your training effect by bone broth, then we recommend our protein-rich chicken broth after training. With 28g protein per glass, it ensures a healthy protein intake.
