Our favorite meal of the day is and will be breakfast. The start of the day sets the course for what's to come. A healthy, delicious breakfast can be a cozy morning ritual or sometimes just has to go fast. Therefore, the idea came up to create a small all-round talent for your start into the day. It should not need any preparation, it should be balanced and diverse at all times and provide you with the power you need. Our granola is the perfect alternative to sugary and artificially produced cereals.
  • 100% clean eating: wheat gluten free, no refined sugar, no additives
  • With plenty of vegan protein

Granola according to clean eating principles

Created by clean eating expert Katharina Greier, our granola is the perfect alternative to sugary and artificially produced cereals. Our granola is free of gluten, refined sugar and additives.

Spelt flakes: Spelt is by far the most vitamin and protein rich cereal and contains more vitamins and minerals than any known type of wheat. The high fiber content saturates for a long time and can therefore help to lose weight successfully. A fat content of only 2.7 g per 100 g is hardly worth mentioning.

Quinoa: Quinoa is a gluten-free pseudo-grain rich in protein. In addition, quinoa has a high content of essential amino acids (especially lysine, tryptophan and cystine), high-quality fatty acids, zinc, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sodium, manganese, copper, vitamins B1 and B2 and nicotinamide.

Almonds: Almonds are true energy suppliers, with the high energy content mainly resulting from the unsaturated fatty acids. Almonds are also healthy because they contain mostly calcium and iron, which is good for bones, teeth and blood. There are also vitamins such as beta-carotene, vitamin E and various B vitamins that support the body.

Sunflower seeds: Sunflower seeds provide energy and contain many nutrients such as vitamin E and vitamin B1, as well as magnesium, selenium, calcium, phosphorus and folic acid.

Pumpkin seeds: Pumpkin seeds are very nutritious and cannot be missed in a healthy diet. They consist of 45 percent unsaturated fatty acids and 35 percent protein and contain magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, calcium, proteins, potassium, selenium, vitamin E and beta-carotene.

Coconut blossom sugar: We are not only fascinated by the taste, the low glycemic index (GI) has convinced us. Due to the low GI, the blood sugar level rises slowly, making it more digestible for our body, which even diabetics are happy about! Coconut blossom sugar is rich in potassium, calcium and zinc due to its gentle manufacturing process.

Clean eating? What does it mean?
Clean eating is not a diet, it is much more a way of life to eat healthily and consciously. We can also call it "back to the roots". We return to the original diet, far from all the flavor enhancers and colorants. >> View article
