During our soup cleanse you eat only soups for 2, 4 or 6 days. But not just any, but nutrient-rich organic vegetable soups, which provide the body with many important vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fibre & Co.
Easily digestible, wholesome and nutritious - that's what characterizes our organic souping soups. Since gently cooked vegetables are easier to digest than raw vegetables, the digestive organs are granted a relief with soups. At the same time our soups provide valuable fibre, proteins, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals & Co. And that without the many fructose, which is often contained in the juices you drink during juice cleanses.
• We do the cooking for you: For 2-6 days you do not have to worry about anything - no shopping and no cooking. We deliver everything you need right on your doorstep.
• Loosing weight without starving: All soups of the box have between 150-300 kcal. With only about 1,100 kcal per day, you can easily fight kilos you would like to get rid of.
• Fibre against yo-yo effect: The soups were developed by our nutritionist Nadine and provide you with everything you need. Through the contained fibre they counteract food cravings and a yo-yo effect.
• 100% organic & clean label: All ingredients are from regional cultivation and from purely ecological agriculture. We do not use chemical substitutes, flavor enhancers or cornstarch.
• Alternative to juice cleanses: Our soups are vegetable soups and therefore have less than half the sugar as fructose-containing juice cleanses.
If possible, make sure that you only eat liquid during the souping process. Drink a lot of water and if you need something solid between your teeth, grab some nuts. If you want to lose weight with the cleanse, you should, however, do without the nuts.
You decide the time on your own. Plan the cleanse so that it fits into your everyday life. If you do not want to explain at a weekend dinner party, schedule weekday souping. If you travel a lot during the week or have no way to warm the soups, you can put the souping days on the weekend. We recommend that you regularly have a soup cleanse, ideally at least every two months. This allows you to relieve your body on a regular basis and treat your bowels to a break from processing and sugar-rich foods. Once you've taken the cleanse, you'll see how well you feel. Then you will automatically want to do a soup cleanse again after some time.
That's hard to generalize. There are people who prefer a longer relief once a year, while others prefer to schedule a 2 or 4 day cleanse at least once a month. Of course, it also depends on your goals: Do you want to relieve your body or do you really want to lose a few pounds? Just listen to your body! It's better to start with two or four days, and if it's easy for you, juts prolong the cleanse for some daysr. In general, it is good to give the body a few days time to adjust to the diet, so we recommend, if it is possible for you, to go for four days at least.
For many of us, coffee is routine in the morning and/or afternoon. If you can not do without it, reduce consumption during souping to at least 1-2 cups a day. However, we recommend that you do not drink coffee during the souping process at all. Instead, go for herbal tea or fresh ginger or lemon tea instead.

While you only eat soups during the soup cleanse, you only drink juice during the juice cleanse. Most of these juices, however, contain a lot of fruit and thus fructose (simple sugar). This is on the one hand stressful for the liver and can make the blood sugar level fluctuate, on the other hand, the many sugar after the cure often leads to the yo-yo effect and you have the extra pounds that you lost during the cure, quickly back on the ribs. However, cooked soups are easier to digest, contain less fructose, and provide more fiber to aid in sustained weight loss without the yo-yo effect.
Some coconut blossom sugar in our soups promotes a slower release of energy compared to high glycemic sugars, which on the one hand saturates longer and on the other hand does not cause sugar highs and lows. Thus, our souping with only 1,100 kcal per day is not only ideal for a diet or to lose weight, but also ideal for diabetics.
A convenient element of our soups is that they do not have to be refrigerated. So you can easily take the soups anywhere with you, store next to the desk in the office or at home in the kitchen cupboard.
We developed our Souping Detox concept together with our good friend, Food & Health Coach Nadine Hüttenrauch. As a certified health, nutrition and life counselor, Nadine has years of experience in nutrition, health, detox, well-being and awareness. The aim of our soup is to relieve the body effectively, using the fibre in the vegetables of the soups, as well as healthy fats.
During souping you should avoid excessive exercise as your body needs all its strength. For the duration of the soup cleanse we therefore recommend moderate exercise or light fitness units, if possible outside to get come fresh air, e.g. in the form of yoga, pilates, walking, jogging, cycling or swimming. Best two to three times a week, each about 30 minutes or according to individual performance. So you support your body optimally during the Souping.
