Complaint & Revocation

If your parcel has been damaged, the packaging is open or torn, the contents have been damaged as a result, a glass was not screwed on properly or is broken, contact us immediately at support@jarmino.co.uk and we will help you as quickly as possible.

Even in good and efficient logistics, mistakes can happen. If you are missing products or have received the wrong products, please contact us by e-mail and we will find a solution: support@jarmino.co.uk.

If you would like to return a product, then we ask that you first inform us by email at support@jarmino.co.uk. You can then return the package at your own expense to the following address. If the return is necessary because of a fault on our part, we will send you a return label.
