Delivery & Shipping
Shipping is free to the UK for orders over £80 (after deduction of discount codes and vouchers). Below that you pay a flat rate of £6.90 shipping. Shipping costs to the Isle of Man: £9.50. Shipping costs to other countries can be found here: Payment & Shipping. Our shipping costs vary depending on the order quantity and delivery country. It is best to select all the products you would like to order and enter your address, then the shipping costs will be calculated for you in the shopping cart.
If you place your order before 2 p.m. (Monday to Thursday) or 11 a.m. (Friday), your order will usually be shipped on the same day, otherwise it will be shipped the following day. You will receive confirmation of dispatch at around 7 pm on the day of dispatch. In exceptional cases or in the event of a high volume of orders, dispatch may be delayed by one day. If you still have not received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or the e-mail address you provided.
As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping service provider DHL, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder regularly. You can use the link to track your parcel exactly.
If your parcel has already been left at a post office or with a neighbour, you can also see exactly where your parcel is in the tracking link. Sometimes the delivery person forgets to put a shipment notification in your letterbox. However, you can still pick up the parcel at the post office with the tracking number and your ID card.
If your parcel could not be delivered or you want to complain that the delivery person forgot to put the shipment notification in your letterbox or simply did not ring your doorbell, please contact DHL or Parcelforce. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do in these cases as it is not our responsibility.
