The most important advantage of the subscription is that you receive your JARMINO products regularly and can thus do your body good on a permanent basis. You should give your body the minerals and nutrients in the bone broth or collagen every day.

In addition, you save 10% on the value of goods when you subscribe. And if you order over 40€ (incl. subscription discount), you will also receive free delivery.

The subscription is very flexible. You can determine and adjust the delivery cycle yourself in your customer account. You can also change the product yourself at any time.

Once you have decided on a product in our online shop, you do not select "one-time delivery" on the product page but "subscribe & save". Then select the cycle in which you would like to receive the product, e.g. every 4,6,8,10 or 12 weeks. Do the same for all other products you want to add to the subscription.

Then go to the shopping cart, check everything again and then go to the checkout. After you have purchased your subscription, you will receive an email with a link, via this link you can manage your subscription. If you have created a user account in our online shop, you can also manage your subscription via this link. If you have any questions or problems, simply send us an e-mail to We will also be happy to make changes to your subscription for you.

Important: The subscription has a minimum term of 3 deliveries, after which you can cancel at any time. This is necessary so that we can grant you the discount, as it gives us planning security. However, you can also exchange the product during this period.

For our subscription we offer payment methods via credit card or PayPal.

You can view your planned orders in your subscription profile. You can access it by simply logging into your customer account in our shop.

Please note: you may have a subscription but not a customer account. So if you can't log in and the "reset password" function doesn't work, you may not have an account with us. In that case, you can simply create a new account.

Log in to your customer account in our online shop. When you click on your customer account (there is an icon with a person on it at the top right), you will see the button: "Customise my subscription". Just below it is: "Change subscription address". By clicking on it, you can easily change your subscription address yourself.

You can change the date of your next subscription order at any time. You can do this easily in your customer account, or alternatively you can send us an e-mail at

You can cancel your subscription in your customer account. To do this, click on "Customise subscription" in your customer account and then on "Cancel" to the right of your subscription. Select the reason for your cancellation and then confirm. You will receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time after three deliveries. However, you can change the product at any time beforehand.
