Most of our products are free of allergens. You can find details about the individual products on the product pages.
Our products are regularly tested for histamine. So far, the histamine content has always been in the non-detectable range:
Bone Broth: <2.5mg/kg
Bone broth concentrate: <10mg/kg
Collagen powder: <10mg/kg
The doctors and alternative practitioners with whom we work do not see any problems with histamine intolerance in our products.
Our bone broths are cooked purely from bones and contain no meat or other purine-rich ingredients. We work with many doctors and alternative practitioners and they see no problem with purine. This also applies to our collagen powders.
