Our organic collagen is obtained by dehydrating broth, through this complex process we have succeeded in producing collagen in organic quality. The product has a very subtle, natural beef flavor. For our Beauty collagen powder, we use a collagen hydrolysate, which is completely tasteless, but unfortunately due to the use of enzymes in the product an organic label is not possible.
