Shape Collagen:
Substitute for a meal: dissolve 50g powder (equivalent to 2 level scoops) in approx. 300 ml water and take.

As a snack or after exercise: Dissolve 25g to 50g of powder in water, coffee, tea, almond or oat milk, shakes, smoothies.

Replacing two of the daily main meals with this meal replacement contributes to weight loss. Replacing one of the main daily meals with this meal replacement helps to maintain weight after weight loss. However, most people lose weight even when replacing one meal because one serving has only 200 kcal.

While the Bio Collagen is extracted from bone broth, the Beauty Collagen is produced enzymatically. This ensures that it dissolves even better in water, but unfortunately we cannot use an organic seal because of the use of enzymes in the cleavage of the amino acid chains.
