Beef bone broth

Our organic beef bone broth simmers for 20 hours, which releases valuable nutrients such as collagen, amino acids and minerals from the bones and passes into the broth.

For our beef bone stock we only use 100% organic bones, which come from grazing cattle from organic farming.

We use a homemade vegetable stock made from organic vegetables as the basis for our beef bone broth. We obtain a large part of our ingredients from the Chiemgau region - in the south of Bavaria - where we also produce. The broth tastes just as delicious as a long-boiled meat broth or beef stock, but additionally provides the valuable nutrients from the beef bones.

Facts beef bone broth:

Grazing & grass feeding

Purely natural ingredients from sustainable agriculture are our credo. We source the bones for our beef bone broth from 12 organic farms in Bavaria and Tyrol. The animals are kept on pasture and fed exclusively on grass all year round. JARMINO quality management inspects the farmers at regular intervals and all products are tested in an independent laboratory for heavy metals and antibiotics, among other things. Only raw materials of the highest quality are processed.

We take the "nose-to-tail principle" to its logical conclusion by processing what would actually be disposed of - bones - into high-quality products for a healthy and balanced diet. In this way, we can make good use of the parts that are left over from the animal and to which no one pays attention.
