How do I consume the beef bone broth? The beef bone broth is ready to eat. You can simply heat the broth briefly in a pot and then drink the broth or use it as a base for soups, sauces or other delicious recipes. If you are taking bone broth for health reasons, we recommend that you start with 175ml (1/2 jar) at least 3 times a week. If you feel that the broth is good for you, you can increase the dose at any time. Do I need to refrigerate the broth? No, as long as the jar is unopened, you do not need to refrigerate the broth. Once opened, store the broth in the refrigerator. What is the shelf life of beef bone broth? Unopened, you can store it for at least 18 months. Once opened, the broth can be stored in the refrigerator for at least 3 days. |
Where do the ingredients for the beef bone broth come from? The bone broth is produced in our factory in Bavaria, south-east of Munich. We source the ingredients from 12 organic farmers from Bavaria and Tyrol who practice sustainable agriculture. The cattle are raised on pasture and, depending on the weather, spend at least 300 days a year on the pasture. Is the bone broth free of lead or histamine? Yes, our bone broths are regularly tested in the laboratory and neither lead nor histamine could be detected. The broth is also free from gluten, lactose, arachidonic and various other fatty acids. What makes the bone broth so valuable? By boiling the broth for over 20 hours, valuable minerals and nutrients such as collagen and amino acids are released from the bones and bound in the broth.
