Fasting cure 5 days

Our 5-day fasting cure is suitable for anyone who wants to effectively relieve their body for 5 days. With only approx. 300 kcal per day, our fasting cure is also ideal for losing weight. After just 12 hours of fasting, the body begins to break down fat deposits.

And there is nothing better for fasting than broth. The broth provides the body with minerals and nutrients for the days of therapeutic fasting and also ensures a pleasant feeling of satiety. Beef broth also contains collagen and amino acids.

Our tip: Do the fasting cure in pairs or in a group, it's easier and more fun.

Energy per day: approx. 300 kcal
Ingredients: Organic & purely natural, without additives
Allergens: Celery
Shelf life: Unrefrigerated approx. 18 months

Are you a fasting beginner? We also have a 3-day fasting cure.

How does the 5-day fasting cure work?
You drink 6 glasses of wholesome broth daily during the fasting days. We recommend the following sequence:

Days 1-4:
  • 8 am: 1x vegetable broth
  • 10 am: 1x beef broth
  • 12 noon: 1x beef broth
  • 2 p.m.: 1x vegetable broth
  • 4 p.m.: 1x beef broth
  • 6 p.m.: 1x beef broth
Day 5:
  • 8 am: 1x vegetable broth
  • 10 am: 1x vegetable broth
  • 12 noon: 1x beef broth
  • 2 p.m.: 1x vegetable broth
  • 4 p.m.: 1x vegetable broth
  • 6 p.m.: 1x beef broth
On day 5, you will have already become accustomed to fasting and can reduce the number of calories a little at the end with the higher proportion of vegetable broth.

FAQ

What happens during therapeutic fasting day after day?
During therapeutic fasting, the body slows down as the digestive system takes a break. Blood pressure drops, the heart beats more slowly and fat deposits are reduced as the body goes into fat-burning mode (change in metabolism to ketosis).

What should I bear in mind during therapeutic fasting?
Try to avoid stress and excessive exercise during therapeutic fasting, as your body is busy fasting.

How long should a beginner fast for?
As a beginner, you should start with 3 to a maximum of 5 days of therapeutic fasting. If the fasting is good for you, you can then increase it to 5 or 7 days.
What should you not eat when fasting?
The intestines and digestion should be cleansed during therapeutic fasting. This is why you avoid solid foods and stimulants such as sweet drinks and alcohol.

How healthy is therapeutic fasting really?
As therapeutic fasting is not a permanent condition, but is usually only fasted for a few days, therapeutic fasting is generally well tolerated and without risk for adults.

Who should not fast?
Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women should not fast as they need solid food.

Good one!

The delivery arrived on time. The first two days were a bit hard for me as I had to get used to it and also had to give up my beloved coffee. It was a good opportunity to think about my own eating habits and change them
