What is base fasting?
Base chamfered is a mild form of the chamfering cure, since here not the complete renouncement of food, but the purely basic nutrition is the center of attention. What can I eat during the base fasting?
An alkaline fasting cure serves to deacidify and alkalize the body. Here above all the choice of the correct food is war-crucial beside the beverages. It is important to take exclusively basic food to itself. You should leave the fingers of so-called acidifiers, these are not permitted during the cure. But which foods meet this criterion is not easy, because we have usually never dealt with this topic.
Enclosed you will find a list of the foods that are allowed during alkaline fasting:
- Fruit: With fruit you can help yourself as you please. To mention only the most common ones, apples, pineapples, apricots, avocado, bananas, pears, blackberries, strawberries, figs, blueberries, raspberries, currants, cherries, kiwis, melons, nectarines, peaches, plums, raisins, gooseberries and grapes.
- Vegetables: Again, there are almost no restrictions: Cauliflower, broccoli, peas, spring onions, cucumbers, carrots, potatoes, leeks, pumpkin, beet, red cabbage, peppers, zucchini, onions, etc. Please note the following list of banned vegetables, because of the not allowed vegetables.
- Mushrooms: All mushrooms that are not poisonous and you like, you may eat.
- Nuts: Only the following varieties are explicitly allowed: Walnuts, pistachios, Brazil nuts, cedar nuts, almonds and macadamias.
- Herbs and salads: There are no limits for salads and herbs. However, make sure you use particularly fresh produce and, at best, organic products. Herbs should ideally be grown at home.
- Seeds and kernels are also alkaline. Chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, oil seeds, sesame seeds, cedar seeds and almond flakes should be mentioned here.
- Others: Algae, pollen and bread drink are also allowed
- Milk and dairy products
- Sugar and other sweets
- some nuts
- Cereal products
- Brussels sprouts
- Avoid sugar, chocolate and white flour cookies during the alkaline treatment.
What may I drink during the base fasting?
It is recommended to drink enough during the base fasting cure - at least 2 ½ to 3 liters per day. If possible, use only unsweetened herbal tea or still water, because carbonic acid is strictly forbidden during the cure. It is important to pay attention to the quality of the water, because this determines strongly the success of your base chamfered cure. Fall back to high-quality spring water and do your body something good with it.
Also with herbal tea it means, eyes open! Do not buy any mixtures of any kind, because they often contain other fruits or additives, such as colorants or flavors. The best thing is to look for local herbal mixtures that really only contain pure herbs. Furthermore you have to do without Roiboos tea, black, green and white tea. Under no circumstances should you drink coffee products, lemonades or alcohol, these are pure poison for your body. Supply yourselves thus for your chamfering cure with sufficient herb tea, spring water, special base herb tea, oat tea and relaxation tea, then the foundation-stone is put to success already times.
By whom was the base chamfering developed?
Alkaline fasting was developed by the Wacker family at the end of the 90s and is characterized by its effectiveness and suitability for everyday use. Sabine Wacker is a certified alternative practitioner and has had her own practice since 1994. The Wacker method was originally conceived as a relief and wellness cure and has been further developed in years of practical experience. Owing to this experience, family Wacker could acquire founded knowledge to the topic chamfered and develop their method to the yardstick of the base chamfering. For over 18 years the Wacker method is successfully used with physical complaints and for acceptance.
What does an alkaline cure look like?
Usually a base chamfering cure lasts between 5 and 30 days and should be carried out two or three times a year to guarantee a regular deacidification of the body. During this process, you will only eat alkaline foods and drink enough water and herbal tea. In the morning you should focus on fruit, because raw food is best digested by the body in the first half of the day. At lunchtime and in the evening you can have salad or carefully prepared vegetables. If you wish, you can have one or two snacks in the form of vegetable broth or nuts, but this will also reduce your weight loss. An alkaline cure is optimally supported by alkaline preparations such as Bullrich salt, alkaline baths and regular sauna sessions. All this helps to deacidify the body and gives you a new sense of well-being.
Can I lose weight with an alkaline treatment?
The question of whether alkaline fasting is suitable as a diet can be answered with an unqualified "Yes". It is not a diet in the classic sense that you have to starve or follow certain rigid food plans - and this is best for a lifetime, otherwise the dreaded yoyo effect is imminent. Rather, it is a way to completely change and rethink your eating habits. Base chamfered seizes the problems at the root, because it teaches the chamfered one consciously with food to deal and rather fall back to healthier alternatives.
It causes a reset of the body and you can start fresh and unencumbered into a new life thanks to deacidification. However, the primary goal of this method is not weight loss - this is only a positive side effect. What do I do after the alkaline fasting?
The classic fasting break, in which more food is gradually taken in again, does not exist with the base fasting cure. Neither have you completely abstained from food during the last weeks, nor should you fall back into old patterns. Therefore the basic rule is called after the base chamfering for you: Eat as much as possible vegetables and fruit. This keeps your body healthy and creates an ideal acid-base ratio for your organism.
At least 80% of your daily diet should consist of alkaline and only about 20% of acidic foods. It is better to eat fruit in the morning than rolls with nut cream and in the evening you should eat more steamed vegetables instead of meat or sausages. Of course, it can happen that on special occasions you go over the top and the 80:20 rule tends to turn into the opposite. But that doesn't matter - just keep adding a pure base day to keep the acid-base weight stable.
At least once in the year everyone should accomplish a base chamfering cure, because many insensitivities lead back to an overacidification of the body.
