A quick, comforting broth perfect for the office, everyday meals, and chilly days. It's light, warming, fast to prepare, and makes an ideal healthy lunch. This recipe brings to mind ramen but is much simpler to make.

Ingredients
- 600 ml hot water
- 20 g JARMINO Bone Broth Concentrate
- 1 piece of ginger, about 2 cm, finely grated
- 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 100 g rice noodles or glass noodles
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
- 1 handful pak choi, spinach, or broccoli
- 2 eggs
- Optional: spring onions, sesame seeds, lime juice, chili
Preparation
- Soft-boil the eggs for 6–7 minutes, shock in cold water and halve.
- Heat water and stir in JARMINO concentrate, ginger, tamari, and sesame oil.
- Add rice noodles and vegetables to the hot broth, then let steep for a few minutes or briefly simmer.
- Serve in bowls, topped with eggs, spring onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.
