Quick Bolognese Skillet with Beef Bone Broth

The beef bone broth concentrate gives the sauce a richer depth and makes it more savory — all without the need for a traditional bouillon cube.

Serves: 2–3 portions
Time: about 25 minutes

Ingredients

* 250 g ground beef
* 1 small onion, finely diced
* 1 carrot, finely diced
* 1 small zucchini, finely diced
* 1 tbsp tomato paste
* 1 can chopped tomatoes
* 150 ml water
* 20 g JARMINO Beef Bone Broth Concentrate
* 1 tsp Italian herbs
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Optional: Parmesan, basil, chili
* To serve: pasta, rice, potatoes, or zucchini noodles

Preparation

  1. Brown the ground beef well in a pan.
  2. Add the onion, carrot, and zucchini and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste and briefly roast it.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes, Add water and JARMINO Beef Bone Broth Concentrate.
  5. Let it simmer for 10–15 minutes until the sauce becomes rich and creamy.
  6. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper to taste, then serve with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
