The chicken bone broth concentrate brings a gentle, savory broth base to this dish, making the rice skillet wonderfully creamy and full of flavor.

Ingredients
* 180 g rice, such as short grain or basmati
* 1 small onion, finely diced
* 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
* 150 g peas, frozen or fresh
* 1 small carrot, finely diced
* 650 ml water
* 25–30 g JARMINO Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate
* 2 tbsp cream cheese, crème fraîche, or cream
* Salt, pepper
* Optional: cooked chicken, parmesan, parsley, lemon zest
Preparation
- Sauté the onion in olive oil or butter until translucent.
- Add the rice and carrot, then briefly sauté together.
- Stir in the water and JARMINO Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate.
- Let it gently simmer over medium heat for about 15–18 minutes, until the rice is tender, stirring frequently.
- Add the peas during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Mix in cream cheese or crème fraîche, then season with salt, pepper, and a touch of lemon zest to brighten the flavors.
- For an extra boost, serve with cooked chicken or a sprinkle of Parmesan.
