Beef broth without flavor enhancers

A beef broth without flavor enhancers is cooked from a few natural ingredients:

beef bones, vegetables (carrots, tomatoes, celery, onions, leeks) and herbs and spices (thyme, laurel, parsley). Beef broth without additives contains many nutrients, such as collagen, minerals and vitamins.

The beef bone broth is particularly rich. It is boiled for up to 20 hours to dissolve as many minerals and nutrients as possible from the bones and bind them in the broth.

Without flavor enhancers and artificial additives, beef broth is not only a tasty basis for hearty soups and sauces, but also a healthy drink.

When cooking a beef broth you should therefore rely on ingredients from organic farming and organic products.

Because only if animals grow up free of chemical medications such as antibiotics and the vegetables are grown without pesticides, a natural and healthy beef broth can be created.

For our JARMINO bone broths, we use only the highest quality ingredients, as we source them from farmers in the region where our production facility is located in Bavaria:

Regional ingredients from pasture farming: We obtain the bones for our beef broth, chicken broth and veal broth from twelve organic farmers in Bavaria and Tyrol, whom we have selected very carefully. We attach particular importance to an animal-friendly and ethical production process. The cattle grow up on the farms in species-appropriate, ecological grazing. Depending on the weather, the animals spend up to 300 days a year on the pasture. We also obtain the organic vegetables for our broths mainly from farmers in the region.

Environmentally friendly upcycling: Since we cook our beef stock purely from bones, we think the "nose-to-tail principle" to the end, and process something that would actually be disposed of into high-quality products for a healthy and balanced diet. In this way, we can re-use the parts that are left over from the animal in a sensible way.

Climate-neutral production: Our company including production works climate-neutrally. This means that we offset all emissions caused by our products with recognized climate protection projects.
